Membership & Keys

The annual membership fee is $250.00 and runs from January 1st - December 31st. Memberships must be renewed annually.

Membership is available exclusively to Plantation Key Colony homeowners and annual tenants. Only one access card will be issued per household.

After submitting your application, it will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. Once approved, you will receive an email invoice with a secure link to complete your payment online. Please note that online payment through the invoice link is the only accepted payment method. Please allow up to 72 hours for review and processing.

If an access card is lost or stolen, it will be remotely deactivated and a replacement card may be issued. Cards may also be deactivated for violations of park rules. The swipe card only operates the main electronic entry gate. Please retain your 2025 keys for the walk-in gates.
